Requirements * At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience with direct ownership of platform configuration, automation, and user support. * Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flow, including complex multi-path automation, error handling, and production-level support. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture related to data structure, security controls, and access management. * Salesforce Administrator certification is required. * Proven ability to work directly with business users to collect requirements, manage requests, and deliver dependable solutions with clear communication. * Proficiency with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms for research, summarization, communication drafting, and problem-solving. * Platform App Builder certification is preferred, and candidates actively pursuing it may also be considered. * Experience in legal, consulting, or other highly regulated environments is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams when custom development is involved. This role focuses on platform configuration, advanced Flow automation, data integrity, and responsive support for business users across multiple departments. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative expertise, sound judgment around access and data protection, and the ability to turn operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
