## About the Role

Must have and demonstrate resilient leadership skills, flexibility to work in dynamic environment, exceptional knowledge of security practices and strong written and verbal communication., Experience acting as a Program Security Officer, Security Specialist, or Security Manager with duties including interpreting and implementing requirements within the personnel, industrial, and physical security disciplines and overseeing security operations

 - 3+ years of project management experience
 - 3+ years of process improvement procedure creation experience
 - 3+ years of experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems (eg. LENEL or C-cure)
 - 3+ years managing a team of individual contributors and vendors
 - 3+ years of experience running professional meetings, Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience in corporate or government security environment
 - 3+ years of experience working in a facility and observing security gaps in physical barriers, security officer procedure, policies, surveillance equipment, and alarm points.
 - 4+ years of experience driving campaigns to reduce nuisance alarms.
 - 3+ years of experience working with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics.
 - 3+ years of experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills in a professional work setting.
 - 4+ years of overseeing security sub-contractors that provide guards, electronic security systems, door construction, door repair, fencing, and access controls.
 - 4+ years of experience creating and implementing emergency planning programs and physical security countermeasures
