(e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Group Policy Management console, Microsoft Intune). * Experience providing IT support to internal or external customers. * Experience creating or updating technical IT documentation. Well-qualified candidates will have experience in a minimum of two (2) two the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications): * Experience using software tools to manage, and secure computers and mobile devices. (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Group Policy Management console, Microsoft Intune). * Experience working with Microsoft Intune in a Windows 11 enterprise environment (e.g., device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, monitoring, etc.). * Experience troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues such as policy conflicts, device enrollment failures, or application deployment problems. * Experience using one or more scripting language or programming language (e.g., Windows Batch, PowerShell, Perl, etc.). ## Description Come and join a team of technology professionals in a challenging and rewarding position as a Workstation Support Technician. Special Requirement: This position requires the ability to set up and move equipment that can weigh up to 45 lbs with or without accommodation. DOR participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with Form I-9 information for all new employees to confirm authorization to work in the U.S. Probationary Period: A 12-month probationary period may be required. Remote/Telework up to 60%. Note: During probation you will have the opportunity to gradually increase to 60% (i.e., working remotely three (3) days per week, and will report to the 2135 Rimrock Road; Madison WI building, two (2) days per week) within 9 months (of your 12 month probation) based on performance and workload needs. Remote work is intended to be performed primarily in the State of Wisconsin and is subject to change based on business needs.
