Working within one of the nation's leading academic health systems, you'll collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor partners to analyze business needs, configure enterprise applications, lead system implementations, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives., The Senior IT Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for assigned healthcare applications, providing advanced application support, system configuration, workflow analysis, and technical consultation. This role partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to evaluate business needs, implement technology solutions, and maintain reliable, secure, and efficient application environments. The Senior IT Analyst leads system implementations, upgrades, optimization efforts, and complex troubleshooting while ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. What You'll Do Application & Technical Support * Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned enterprise healthcare applications. * Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize application functionality. * Analyze operational workflows and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. * Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and production support.
