## About the Role

Associate or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferred and 5+ years of experience, * Excellent written and verbal English communication at levels from novice to expert.

 * 4-year degree in Engineering (preferred)
 * 5-7 years of experience in General Engineering
 * Ability to function well as part of a team

Experienced with Microsoft Excel:

 * Pivot tables
 * Lookup tables
 * Selection (dropdown) lists
 * Ability to manipulate and export data

Experienced with Microsoft Access

 * Develop and maintain relational tables
 * Lookup tables
 * Develop complex queries from multiple tables
 * Normalize data to improve efficiency
 * Scripting to create queries to update data and generate reports

Desired Experience:

 * Scripting (Python, Perl)
 * Functional knowledge of HTML, Javascript
 * Experience with GIS
 * General knowledge of telecommunications systems (VHF transmitters, receivers, antennas), electronics, mapping, topography, and database systems (Preferred)

## Description

* Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures
 * Draft data analyses and reports
 * Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in clear, concise written English.
