Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects with interrelated teams and technology issues simultaneously with aggressive timelines. ## Description This position will be part of the IT Mill Ops BRM team. The candidate is responsible for leading, supporting and developing the relationship between the ITD solutions & services team(s) and Mill leadership (aka Operations Leadership) to help drive & align ITD services to the business strategy. The right candidate will effectively communicate with multiple business stakeholders and understand their technology needs to better build a more effective digital culture. Collaboration across multiple functional areas will be an integral part of the position to drive a culture of creativity, innovation and values that reflects the business strategy. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent tracks of work and have excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role the Lead IT BRM will champion multiple initiatives across the larger IT organization to support Smurfit Westrock goals.
