WE VALUE * Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience supporting FAA, EASA or other aerospace certification programs. * Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and audit processes. * Familiarity with safety-critical systems development and compliance verification activities. * Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience. * Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality and compliance. * Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and process excellence., Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization. ## Description As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer - Process & Certification at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and sustaining engineering development processes and certification activities for advanced aerospace systems. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, program leaders, customers, and regulatory authorities to ensure products are developed and certified in accordance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of aerospace development lifecycles, certification standards, and process compliance. You will contribute to the successful execution of certification programs by developing compliant processes, authoring certification artifacts, supporting audits and reviews, and providing technical guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
