Come join us! ## Description * Lead Classified Solutions staff of system admins, desktop techs, and network engineers performing direct administration of Information Systems and associated classified networks. * Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders. * Interact with internal key executives, CIDO Program Management Office and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. * Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements. * Work across disciplines to isolate issues between networks and applications. * Align support activities with business goals, managing performance metrics and adapting resources as needs change. * Implement tools and processes to make work visible and enable effective assignment and prioritization. * Produce clear written reports and deliver oral briefings for all internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping everyone informed of status, risks, and outcomes. * Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions. * Analyze and make recommendations to internal or external customer requirements and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems. * Support customer programs and perform functional management duties based on business needs and performance.
