## About the Role

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a technical operations environment.

Required:

 + Associate or Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems** , or a related field

## Description

As a Computer Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly around the clock. You'll collaborate with technical teams and support critical operations that ensure reliability and performance.

In this role, you will:

 + Monitor Brightstar's enterprise systems in a **24/7 operational environment**

 + Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams

 + Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately

 + Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution

 + Identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively

 + Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations

 + Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery
