## About the Role

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Reliability Department supporting operational excellence and asset management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization., * Hold a High School/GED diploma; a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred

 * Minimum of five years' experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
 * Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
 * Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
 * Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies

## Description

* Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats
 * Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements
 * Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
 * Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
 * Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures
