Preferred Qualifications · Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, or aerospace industry. · Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or prognostic health management concepts. · Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data/ML platform tooling. · Experience with field service management systems (SAP FSM or similar). · Exposure to hardware reliability concepts (FMEA, degradation modeling, failure mode analysis). · Experience supporting documentation or technical publications workflows for operational teams. ## Description My client is seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of our critical reliability programs. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of software development, data infrastructure, and hardware operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment during a high-complexity delivery phase. You will be responsible for day-to-day program execution-running delivery cadences, managing cross-team dependencies, tracking program health metrics, and ensuring deployment readiness across engineering, operations, and field service stakeholders.
