Containerization Hands-on mastery of Amazon EKS (Kubernetes), Amazon ECS, Docker, and service meshes (Istio/AWS App Mesh). Networking Advanced understanding of Amazon VPCs, AWS Transit Gateway, AWS Direct Connect, Route 53, and ELB/ALB. Security Implementation of AWS IAM policies/SCPs, AWS KMS (encryption at rest/transit), AWS Secrets Manager, and Zero Trust models. Soft Skills Ability to translate "technical speak" into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Experience Requirements - 7+ years in IT infrastructure or software engineering. - 4+ years of dedicated experience in AWS cloud-native implementation and migration. - Proven Track Record: Experience leading at least two large-scale enterprise AWS migrations from inception to "Day 2" operations. qualifications: Education: Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
