You will help teams navigate platform capabilities, resolve operational issues, and translate business needs into platform aligned solutions that improve the learner experience and operational efficiency. You will support the execution of the learning systems strategy defined by the Senior Manager of Learning Systems and Analytics, working closely with IT, vendors, L & D teams, and the Learning Analytics and Insights Lead. This role is ideal for someone experience d in complex learning ecosystems who brings strong problem-solving skills , cross team coordination, and a product minded, innovation-oriented approach.
