## Description

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer to support website development, internal tools, and business systems across the company.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their development career who wants real-world experience working on live systems, web applications, automations, and operational tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will work alongside leadership and production teams to help build, maintain, and improve company platforms and internal systems.

Responsibilities

 * Assist with the development and maintenance of internal web applications and tools
 * Support website updates and functionality improvements across platforms including WordPress, Wix, and GoHighLevel
 * Help build and maintain APIs, automations, and backend integrations
 * Work with databases and assist with organizing and managing application data
 * Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors
 * Assist with dashboard creation, reporting systems, and workflow improvements
 * Write clean, organized, and maintainable code
 * Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
