## About the Role

* You have a proven track record as a Full-stack Web Developer with experience in a production environment.
 * You are an entrepreneurial and flexible problem-solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
 * You work autonomously, moving quickly from idea to implementation, and aren't afraid to experiment, iterate, and refine solutions based on what you learn.
 * You enjoy taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
 * You possess strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * You are willing to work on-site in Billerica, MA as needed to test, debug, and release factory software.

Bonus Skills:

 * Experience with 3D models, processing, or analysis.
 * Experience with web development in a mixed local/cloud hybrid setup.
 * Background working with hardware or equipment, or an appreciation for the bridge between software and the physical world.
 * Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD.
 * Familiarity with data engineering and dashboarding tools.

## Description

* Develop and implement core software features for the Form Now print-on-demand service.
 * Architect and build the next generation of factory software, including our custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
 * Create robust backend code using Python/Django, and user-facing frontend code with Next.js and React.js.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with factory operators, product managers, and leadership to define and deliver new features and integrations.
 * Take full ownership of your projects, from initial scoping and development to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
 * Maintain and improve our existing codebase, ensuring reliability and scalability in a production environment.
