## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Required Experience

 * 10+ years of project management experience.
 * 8+ years managing complex IT development projects.
 * 5+ years of experience applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.
 * Experience leading organizational change management initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Minimum 2 years of healthcare or public sector technology project management experience., * Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
 * Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and vendor management.
 * Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies, system integration, data migration, QA/QC, and UAT.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
 * Proven ability to lead enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise transformation programs.
 * Experience with cloud infrastructure, data center modernization, enterprise integration, or network transformation initiatives.
 * Experience leading enterprise IT consolidation, shared services, or legacy system modernization projects.

## Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex IT programs and projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees project governance, planning, budgeting, execution, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and vendor/system integrator deliverables.
 * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and governance across the software development lifecycle.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and project teams.
 * Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies, security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
 * Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
 * Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
 * Monitor vendor performance, manage escalations, and support organizational change management.
 * Drive continuous process improvement and enterprise modernization initiatives.
