In this role, you will focus on developing uniform, accessible, and globally adaptable UI components and frameworks that enable teams to deliver seamless user experiences across the globe. You will work in lockstep with a cross-functional team of UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, front-end developers, content delivery managers, researchers, accessibility specialists, and brand champions. Together, you will ensure the system embodies industry best practices, accommodates localization requirements, and optimizes design and development pipelines across the entire enterprise. Responsibilities: * Component Design & Maintenance: Architect, document, and iterate on reusable components that function seamlessly across the web ecosystem. * Visual Standards & Scalability: Champion uniform visual guidelines capable of scaling effectively.
