* Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience required;

 * 10+ years of demonstrated success as Technology Manager., * Direct experience with Application Development as applied to a worldwide company;

 * Advanced time management and analytical skills;

 * Strong technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software solutions;

 * Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of an organization;

 * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;

 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.

Essential and Physical Activities Functions

 * Strength - Position typically involves work in a standard office environment

## Description

To plan, organize and control activities so that project(s) are completed successfully as possible. Managing a cross functional team, directing, monitoring and promoting change., * Manage Commercial/ART implementation projects and initiatives;

 * Coordinate and complete projects timely and within budget;

 * Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

 * Collaborate with team to formulate decision and develop the output for job/project;

 * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals;

 * Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, staff members, and senior management;

 * Plan and manage the job/project, manage the business/financial aspects of the job/project, provide a supportive work environment for the team, mentor, coach and develop others, and manage one's own development;

 * Perform risk management to minimize project risks;

 * Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors;

 * Own/Support all project assigned
