Cross-Functional Collaboration, TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track.

This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

· Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking

· Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)

· Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues

· Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines

· Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery

· Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation

· Audit and validate site and project data

· Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
