Bonus points if you have * Experience with Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing user funnels, churn metrics, and system performance logs to prioritize engineering backlogs. * Familiarity with PLG concepts, experimentation, and metrics * Familiarity with monetization and billing platforms * Proven ability to integrate AI into existing workflows * Can anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. * Can drive programs with a significant amount of ambiguity and facilitate definition and clarity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership * Inquisitive with technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners * A good understanding of the New Relic platform and its capabilities * Experience working with remote & distributed team * Prior experience with high-growth companies ## Description New Relic is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our outstanding engineering organization! Technical Program managers play a vital role at New Relic leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large cross functional programs in support of our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong Program Manager with a senior-level understanding of cloud, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles. This TPM position will support Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, contribute to measurement frameworks, and partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver observability experiences at scale. The program will be focused on driving the end-to-end self-serve experience, from first visit through activation, retention, and expansion.
