 * Salesforce integrations

 * Experience mentoring developers or serving in a technical lead capacity.

 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

 * Proven ability to explain technical concepts and architectural decisions.

 * Demonstrated use of AI tools within software development workflows.

 * Ability to discuss how AI and agentic development are influencing modern engineering practices. * Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience.

 * CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.

 * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience. * Experience working in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.

 * Salesforce certifications.

 * Experience working in Agile development environments.
