Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and general Microsoft Windows troubleshooting.

## Description

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to support end users by resolving everyday hardware, software, and access-related issues in Macedonia, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys providing timely technical assistance, managing service requests, and helping maintain a reliable desktop computing environment. The role focuses on delivering responsive support, troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems, and ensuring users receive clear communication throughout the ticket lifecycle., Respond to incoming support requests and document all user issues accurately within the ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve common desktop, operating system, and account-related problems for end users.
Provide hands-on and remote assistance for Microsoft Windows 10 devices and standard workplace applications.
Manage user access tasks, including account support and directory-related updates within Active Directory.
Track, prioritize, and follow through on service desk tickets to ensure issues are resolved within expected timeframes.
Escalate more complex technical problems when needed and share relevant troubleshooting details with the next support tier.
Communicate clearly with employees regarding issue status, expected resolution steps, and recommended best practices.
