## Description

Responsible for the coordination of the E-Commerce Q4 Holiday program. Oversees all aspects of Q4 holiday readiness - from pre-season planning through peak execution. Coordinates deadlines, responsibilities, and monitors progress against key milestones. Prepares status reports for leadership regarding program key actions and risk areas., * Holiday Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end project plan for Q4 holiday readiness, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and deliverable management.

 * Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams and key business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
 * Progress Tracking: Lead recurring milestone check-in meetings to assess progress, identify blockers, and drive accountability across workstreams.
 * Peak Season Management: Once Q4 holiday season begins, manage daily standups and follow up directly with business partners to ensure tasks are completed on time.
 * Reporting: Summarize program status, risks, and escalations for upper management on a regular cadence.
