## Description

Maintains, configures, and supports the ServiceNow FSM application. This role ensures scheduling tools, mobile workflows, inventory systems, and dispatcher interfaces operate smoothly to maximize technician efficiency., * Platform Maintenance: Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations.

 * Workspace Management: Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments.
 * Mobile Support: Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows.
 * Data Models: Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning.
 * Inventory & Logistics: Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules.
 * Core Configuration: Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.
