* Experience operating and maintaining cloud services with large organizations
 * Knowledge of DoD network structure and concepts
 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ Certification

## Description

Everyone is trying to "harness the power of the cloud", but not everyone knows how. As an M365 Technician, you know how to level Microsoft's line of business intelligence toolsets to take advantage of cloud capabilities while meeting client expectations. What if you could use your O365 skills to improve warfighter communication? We need you to help us develop cloud-based solutions to some of our client's toughest challenges.

As a member on our team, you'll drive the sustainment of Microsoft 365 and Azure services to the SIPRNet cloud through the operations and maintenance of Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform. This is an opportunity to help the USAF realize the most from their cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environment using best practice automation. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with our client to inform strategy and design and ensure standards are met. You'll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You'll use your experience to help the client overcome their most difficult challenges of adopting and delivering cloud services. Additionally, you'll share your skills in areas like automation and cloud-based security with your team and clients while developing critical solutions for the DoD. You'll be valuable to your
team as you help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.
