 * DevOps: Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
 * System Architecture: Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-native .NET applications.
 * Team Leadership: Mentor 5-10 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.
 * Technical Roadmap: Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for the department.
 * Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
 * Hands-on Development: Code critical system components and establish foundational frameworks

Preferred Skills Qualifications :

 * Experience: 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years as a software architect.
 * Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience managing or leading agile development teams.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
