This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, maintain absolute confidentiality, and work closely with the administrative staff to manage technology issues proactively., * Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to executive or VIP-level support. * Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization. * Expert-level proficiency with Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) and Apple ecosystem management. * Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote) and other collaboration tools such as Zoom and Diligent. * Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly under pressure. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a white-glove customer service mindset. * Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. * Flexibility to provide after-hours or weekend support as required. * Experience working in environments with high-demand executives. * Experience with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM). * Background in supporting hybrid or mobile work setups with enterprise-grade security configurations. *Onsite presence is required for this position. ## Description Tishman Speyer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove, real-time technical support to our Chief Executive Officer and our most senior executives.
