Lead the architectural design and development of critical platform features, ensuring solutions are highly scalable, maintainable, and align with AWS best practices 2. Architect and implement AI powered solutions leveraging AWS services to enable predictive support capabilities and automated workflow orchestration 4. Design and build robust integration patterns between multiple HR systems while ensuring data security and compliance 5. Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions 6. Lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive consensus on architectural decisions 7. You will be a mentor for SDE-Is in the team, coaching your peers on engineering excellence and leadership principles and partner with SDMs and PMs to deliver team level goals. Lastly, you will also get an opportunity to be mentored by other Sr. engineers in the team and learn from Principal Engineers while working on the goals.
