Knowledge & Skills: * Proven experience as a Retail Channel Manager or similar role. * Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. * Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. * Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms. * Ability to develop relationships that will help foster opportunities for big market growth. * Thoroughly understand business prospects and key value drivers by driving two-way communication. * Knowledge and proficient utilization of MS office programs, specifically Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, etc.), Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI ## Description * Monitor and assess sales and market data. Produce reports that will be used to identify opportunities within our retail channel. * Collaborate with Product VPs and Senior Management on identifying business improvements while working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders on executing plans with our retail channel. * Manage dealer business plans, establishing goals that meet company objectives and provide continuous follow up with dealers and appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful plan execution. * Assist in the preparation of annual marketing plans including long- and short-term strategies. * Collaborates closely with John Deere Construction & Forestry Division on improvements to the business plan along with communication with the John Deere dealers. * Develop and implement dealer performance reports and communicate key performance indicators to dealers. * Proposes, budgets and executes tactical marketing programs to drive sales and order activity. * Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes to ensure objective fulfillment and swift responses to marketing problems and opportunities. * Maintain and renew deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
