 * Able to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
 * Experienced in influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and geographies.
 * Passionate about using technology and data to create measurable business value.

## Description

* Implement Enterprise Architecture Strategy - Establish architecture principles, standards, and target states aligned with the business strategy, translating business priorities into capability, data, and technology roadmaps.
 * Lead Application & Technology Transformation - Optimise the application landscape by reducing complexity, addressing technical debt, defining target architectures, and guiding transformation roadmaps and investments.
 * Shape Data Architecture & Data Transformation - Define enterprise data architecture, governance, and data strategies to enable analytics, AI, automation, and data-driven insurance capabilities.
 * Support Insurance Business Transformation - Support future insurance models through architecture solutions for digital platforms, embedded insurance, delegated authority, AI-enabled underwriting, and advanced risk capabilities.
 * Drive Enterprise Alignment & Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, Business Architects, Data Architects, and Technology teams to connect strategic objectives with practical transformation outcomes.
