The qualified candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and will develop and maintain software configuration management tools that support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software products. The ideal candidate has strong experience across software configuration and release management and thrives coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams to keep products on schedule and audit-ready., This position supports software configuration management across the full product lifecycle. Duties include developing and maintaining software configuration management tools; performing configuration change management along with records, release, and data management; analyzing proposed hardware and software changes to determine their effect on the overall product and system; and performing release engineering tasks to ensure new software products are documented, compliant with standard configurations, and logistically sustainable.
