In this role with the Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit you will support and maintain both virtual and physical desktop environments across Windows and Linux systems, perform routine maintenance such as security updates and patching, and manage hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. You will provide user training, create documentation, administer accounts and permissions, and monitor system performance to keep operations running smoothly. You will also work closely with Information Systems Security Engineers to deploy and validate new IT and security solutions, while managing your workload independently within established priorities, timelines, and service level expectations. This position will be ONSITE in WESTFORD, MA. No relocation will be available for this position.
