You'll work with modern data platforms to create reliable, high-quality data products that enable a single source of truth across St. Luke's. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering solutions that have a measurable impact on the organization. Required Criteria: * Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree * Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years related experience, * Strong SQL experience writing queries, creating tables, and performing updates * Experience with ETL development using SSIS and Databricks notebooks * Experience with Databricks and Microsoft SQL Server * Experience with database management systems including performance optimizing and tuning and security * Capability to develop data warehouse data models * Exposure to data warehousing and lake house methodologies * Some experience with REST and .NET preferred ## Description * Design, implement, and maintain data management capabilities including the enterprise data platform; its associated data models, ETL processes, and data architecture requirements * Develop and administer data management solutions on various platforms including Databricks, Data Fabric, SQL Server, and Epic Caboodle * Build cross functional relationships with data analytic teams and business leaders to understand information needs, data flows, and data quality considerations to enable solution design and deployment * Utilize data profiling and data quality techniques for requirements validation, unit testing, and automated integration testing.
