On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in manufacturing and quality management. You will lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. * Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. * Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. * Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. * Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. To qualify for the role, you must have * A bachelor's degree (4-year degree). * Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments. * A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module. * A proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverable within critical deadlines. * Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space. * Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. * Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions. * A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have * Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams. * SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules. * Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live. * Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of SAP PP and/or QM in S/4 HANA. * Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO). * Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
