* Ability to LEARN the Agency's application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems., 1-3 years of experience in the following:
 * Experience providing end user PC support to users.
 * Experience providing software support to users.
 * Experience troubleshooting systems
 * Experience with Zoom
 * Experience with Adobe Acrobat
 * Experience with MS Office

Skills Desired

 * Experience troubleshooting court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS
 * Experience with Document Management Systems, such as Courts MiFile solution
 * Knowledge of SharePoint
