The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise monitoring tools, application instrumentation, and N-tier architecture, and a proven ability to design and drive end-to-end monitoring strategies that support critical banking applications., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 2+ years of development or architecture experience with multi-tier business applications. * 5+ years in production systems architecture and/or application support roles. * Hands-on expertise with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, Sitescope, and Catchpoint. * Experience implementing monitoring on cloud and container platforms. * Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems, scripting, and infrastructure services. * Proficiency in Java and/or .NET for understanding application behavior and instrumentation needs. * Proven background in application and network performance and availability monitoring. * Experience with N-tier architectures across web, middleware, and database layers. * Understanding of ITIL functions and processes. * Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
