## About the Role

* Target candidates with true production support/SRE experience not just software developers.
 * Must understand and apply Google SRE principles in real environments.
 * Candidate should explain SRE vs DevOps, DevOps lifecycle, SLI/SLO/SLA, operational excellence, incident management and reliability.
 * Strong Java required. Terraform is mandatory. Cloud experience required (AWS preferred; Azure/Google Cloud Platform acceptable).
 * Need Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, dashboards, observability, CI/CD.
 * Scripting: Python, Shell/Bash, PowerShell or Batch. Candidate must answer practical scripting questions.
 * Support 50+ internet/SaaS applications. Production ownership and backlog management expected.
 * Need engineers who improve systems, automate manual work, question processes, collaborate daily not order takers.
 * .NET and Windows familiarity are nice to have.
 * AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
