As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a hands-on technical leader who ships. Your main mission for the year ahead is to design, build, and launch our React Native companion app and get it into the App Store and Google Play. What success looks like in your first year * Our React Native companion app is live in the App Store and Google Play, and licensed professionals are actually using it. * The mobile app shares logic and types with our web platform instead of forking into a second codebase. * The app holds the same accessibility and reliability bar as everything else we ship. * The engineers around you do better mobile and full-stack work because of the patterns and reviews you put in place. What you'll do * Own the React Native companion app from architecture through app-store release, instrumentation, and the iteration that follows launch. * Work side by side with the web application team to build out new features for both web and mobile. * Ship full-stack features across accessible React UIs, type-safe APIs, and a GraphQL layer over several data stores, from first design to production. * Weigh architectural trade-offs and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical people, so engineering decisions stay tied to business goals. * Stay accountable for what you ship.
