## Description

As a Driver File Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing background reports, verifying employment history, and ensuring all driver qualification files meet regulatory and company standards., How will you contribute to the success of the team?

 * Review and evaluate background reports, criminal history, motor vehicle records and other records
 * Verifying previous employment including contacting prior employer to confirm work history and safety performance
 * Identify discrepancies or concerns in background check and escalate issues as needed
 * Obtain, evaluate and enter complete and accurate information into the databases
 * Perform audits on students who have recently graduated from a truck driving school
 * Perform audits for experienced driver files
 * Compile required paperwork for DOT files. Personnel and training files
 * Update driers license, medical card and other driver file maintenance information in a timely manner
 * Issue rider permits for passengers
 * Handle verification request
 * Perform other assigned duties or tasks as time permits or as directed by supervisor
