This individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning capabilities transform employee, manager, and HR experiences while improving operational efficiency at scale. As HR advances its AI transformation, this Senior Lead Product Manager will help define the future-state vision by partnering across HR, Technology, Risk, and Operations to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and deliver scalable solutions that automate and transform work across the HR lifecycle. They will evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities, establish reusable platforms and patterns, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. This individual will play a key role in identifying where AI can create meaningful business value, translating innovation into practical solutions, and enabling sustainable change across the organization.
