 * Executive-ready presentations

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

 * Prior technical lead experience in regulated or enterprise environments
 * CI/CD experience
 * Automated testing experience
 * Cloud operations experience

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an Agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands-on technical direction to drive high-quality outcomes., * Lead and mentor developers.

 * Set coding standards and ensure delivery quality.
 * Act as Scrum Master, including:

 * Facilitating Agile ceremonies
 * Removing blockers
 * Maintaining team velocity

Drive technical direction and align implementation with architecture and best practices.

Design and develop proofs of concept to validate approaches and reduce delivery risk.

Prepare and present solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to governance bodies, such as the Technical Review Board.

Collaborate with product, architecture, quality assurance, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
