## About the Role

* Data Analysis: The ability to analyze complex datasets, and knowledge of analysis programs/languages.
 * Programming: Ability to read program code and identify areas with discrepancies.
 * Software Analysis: Ability to evaluate software documentation including descriptions, flowcharts, and requirements for completeness and accuracy.

 * Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and assist in the development of solutions to complex problems.
 * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports and briefings.
 * Collaboration: The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and collaborate with government agencies and military personnel is crucial.

 * US Citizenship.
 * Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field or equivalent experience
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Radar, Surveillance, or Radar Software Analysis.
 * Experience with C++ and MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages.
 * Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive issues efficiently.
 * Strong communication skills to include oral and written ability to communicate detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 * Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
 * Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

 * Systems level experience with radar, sensors, and/or similar systems.
 * Experience in any or all of the following disciplines: Design, Trajectory, Guidance Navigation and Control, Radar Cross Section (RCS) Signatures, Optical Signatures, Telemetry.
