* 8+ years in Technical Project/Program Management
 * Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML
 * Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
 * Excellent stakeholder communication skills
 * PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification, * Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
 * Exposure to Data Observability platforms
 * Knowledge of data quality tools like Great Expectations or ICEDQ
