Instructional systems analysis involves the implementation of and adherence to a systematic design process for effective and efficient learning. The Candidate shall perform the following work, listed in the Major Job Activities below. * Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and document results of analyses. * Define and analyze learning objectives to refine learning outcomes. * Design and conduct analyses in support of Human Systems Integration (HSI) to include selecting methodology, designing instruments, collecting, and analyzing data; and reporting results. * Apply validated research to support learning decisions. * Design, develop, and implement instruction in a systematic manner.
