Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in building ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, DFT, 837/835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278 interfaces. Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve Ensemble interface failures without direct supervision. Experience performing Epic-side build changes to enable or modify interfaces. Experience supporting vendor interfaces connected to Epic and supporting Epic upgrade cycles (Nova Notes review and regression testing). Prior work supporting live hospital or large multi-facility health system integrations in a live Epic environment. Extensive knowledge of how Epic Bridges and Ensemble interact during message flow and error scenarios. Epic Bridges certification (required); Epic Data Courier certification (preferred/strong plus).
