The contractor will partner with Finance, Information Technology Services (ITS), project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), Enterprise Change Management (OCM), and business stakeholders to design, develop, and refine engaging learning experiences that prepare employees to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. The primary focus will be development of scalable, role-based training for Oracle Fusion modules and supporting business processes., Design and develop role-based end-user training curriculum for Oracle Fusion modules and related business processes. Partner with business SMEs, project teams, and OCM resources to gather requirements, document learning needs, and translate technical information into clear, user-friendly training content. Create a variety of training assets including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, and process documentation. Develop realistic business scenarios, simulations, exercises, and hands-on learning activities that reinforce adoption and practical application. Ensure training materials align with approved business processes, system configuration, organizational policies, and change management objectives. Conduct content reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, manage revisions, and maintain version control of training materials. Support training delivery readiness activities including train-the-trainer preparation, learning assessments, evaluation surveys, and continuous improvement recommendations based on learner feedback.
