## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. are eligible for a security clearance, * Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation

 * Proficient in tooling to include Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.)
 * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

 * Experience in Communication Radio and Systems: SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF
 * Experience in Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT)
 * Experience in System Level Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) for ground based, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
 * Experience in systems support to software application and hardware development
 * Experience in Virtual Machine design and deployment
 * Proficient in tooling to include CAMEO, Rhapsody
 * Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and ability to effectively communicate with IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and our customers

## Description

* Lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
 * Define and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing
 * Integrate solutions within their target environment
 * Coach and review the work of lower level professionals
 * Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
 * Manage small projects or processes
 * Manage the preparation and/or execution of Design Reviews as well as Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
 * Review minor and document moderate changes in systems or processes to solve difficult and sometimes complex problems
 * Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action
 * Analyze and document system behaviors
 * Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, allocation to subsystems
 * Define Modeling, Hardware, and Software Interfaces, *Please ensure the role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
