The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience developing secure, scalable applications across the .NET and Java technology stacks. This role requires a developer who can work across the full software development lifecycle - from design and development through deployment and support - while collaborating closely with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet Federal performance and security standards., * Develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using modern application development practices and AI * Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for integration across enterprise systems * Build and maintain responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks * Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables * Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS * Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable code * Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups * Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement of development processes * Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity and quality assurance standards, NetImpact Strategies is committed to complying with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended ("ADA"), and applicable state and local laws.
