## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional corporate IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to work with a variety of technologies and gain practical exposure to IT operations., * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
 * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow setup instructions accurately.
 * Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
 * Ability to lift and set up computer equipment (with assistance if needed)

## Description

* Upgrade company computers to Windows 11
 * Install and configure company software tools
 * Assemble and test remote work kits, including laptop, external monitor, keyboard & mouse, and headset.
 * Assist with upgrading cubicle workstations and installing new PCs
 * Support the IT team with other related hardware and software setup tasks., * Real-world experience supporting a corporate IT environment
 * Exposure to desktop deployment, hardware setup, and corporate software tools.
 * Mentorship and guidance from experienced IT professionals
