* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer engagement, eCommerce, and self-service experiences.
 * Design, develop and deploy web applications according to the company's standards for software architecture.
 * Work with modern Microsoft technologies including Blazor, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and streamline testing and documentation efforts.
 * Make a meaningful impact by developing software used by communication service providers nationwide.
 * Participate in an Agile development environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality.
 * Help shape the future of customer-facing web and mobile experiences in the telecommunications industry.
 * Write unit and integration tests necessary to ensure the reliability and consistency of software.
 * Troubleshoot application issues in development, test and production environments.
 * Work with product leads, software architects and project managers to implement technical solutions that meet the requirements and support documentation.
